You probably received this strange message because of an error in the *software* the recruiter was using to send the email (think of it as ‘user error’ if that helps you sleep at night).

Ummm Randall, that’s what I reckon.

But why, oh, why, are they using software instead of their brains to vaguely determine my applicability for a role? Thus the original lameness.
